Are you preparing a film and looking for a shooting location that would be both unique and elegant? Are you a photographer who wishes to have his shoot on an unspoilt and authentic estate? Do you already know that you will need to shoot in a castle?

Set your entire film crew or photo shoot at the Château de la Ferté Saint-Aubin! Our historical estate is ideally situated, only a 1h30's drive from the Parisian region and 20 minutes from Orléans.

The Château de la Ferté Saint-Aubin is surrounded by moats and it stands on the banks of the Cosson river. The idea behind this somewhat different historical place is to let visitors make the castle, its outside areas and its great park their own. All while enjoying a privileged setting, in the Loiret, only 15km south of Orléans!

Filming crews are invited to do just to same, to set up their equipment in complete freedom, while respecting the historical and authentic character of the place.

At your disposal:

• An inhabited and lively family house, where the layout can evolve to suit your needs and desires;
• 15 furnished rooms: from the kitchens to the staff’s bedrooms to the dining room, every room of the Château de la Ferté Saint-Aubin is still very much lively!
• A 40-hectare park with a stable, a toy attic and a building that is ideal to shelter from the sun or the rain: la Garenne

The castle offers an authentic and unspoiled setting with, for instance:

• Protected patinas, stones and paintings – almost all of them being original
• The castle’s fireplaces and the historical kitchens, with their wood-burning stove, still in working order

The authenticity and the preserved character of the Château de la Ferté Saint-Aubin is particularly fit for the shooting of films in period costumes, documentaries on the history of France, or advertising spots – especially for prestige and luxury brands.
